I am co-founder, along with Lin Tollefsen, of Green Bean's Productions, an independent video production company. We began our journey with the goal of bringing sound environmental principles into everyday life. Green Bean's has branched out to become a vehicle for creative expression of all kinds, focusing on real stories of real people. We have worked on informational videos of all kinds, from family histories to medical education, from student performances to world-class artists. Through it all, we have remained committed to applying our values to our work.

Some of my other activities include performing extemporaneous poetry with the Spiral Bridge Writer's Guild, a non-profit group of artists dedicated to providing a venue for local voices through a series of open-mic readings, workshops, and other events. I also enjoy watching lots of movies and spending time in what wilderness is left in our area.
